“Hi the frame was very good but the board at the back was a bit under size so the hanging hook came out , anyway I fixed it with some cardboard and tape and it is now hanging in Dinning room and we are pleased to say it looks excellent Kind Regards Harry”

“Ordered a frame in plenty of time for Christmas (3 weeks before), 20 days later nothing had arrived and the web site was telling me 'order in progress'. I e.mailed to request delivery by the following Friday, 4 days later, or cancel the order as I was concerned that I would not have it in time. The next day I had a text to say it was with the courier and the day after it arrived. The frame was excellent, just a shame that I had to chase them to get it delivered.”

“The service i got was fantastic. The frame was a custom made one and fitted my picture perfectly and delivery was prompt as well as being informed all the way to delivery by text. I would highly recommend this company and will shop with them again.”

“When my frame arrived one of the corners had come apart.We needed to bang it in then add some glue and cramp it in a vice for a couple of hours. It seems ok now”

“As I do cross stitch projects, quite often it will not fit into a standard size frame. I have ordered from Image Frames quite a number of times now for both large and small frames, and have always been delighted when they arrive. The frames are always well protected and packed for transport. I also like their website, enabling the upload of a picture to see how my projects look in a particular frame. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who is looking for a made to measure frame.”

“I am happy with the order process and delivery. The products arrived wrapped well for protection. The frames fit our posters well. My only disappointment is that I bought three frames in which only two had the materials on the back to hang the frames up.”

“You can never be sure of the quality of something until it actually arrives, so I was a bit nervous to receive the 3 bespoke frames I ordered as a birthday present for my husband. I didn't need to worry though the quality is fantastic!! I'm so happy with them. They arrived quickly and very well packaged, the quality and finish of the mount/glass/frames are all excellent. Can't wait to give them to my husband on his birthday!”
