“Website was easy to use. I was kept informed of the status of my order throughout the process and was advised when it would be delivered which was excellent. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the frames and think I could have bought a better one from the high street had I not needed a specialised size. However, I expect that once they are on the wall I won't notice this. Overall experience good”

“Allow yourself 10 days for delivery, and you'll have no problems. I've used them several times now, and haven't found anywhere else for the price.”

“Very happy with the beautiful mirror i ordered .... exactly what i was hoping for and more looks amazing. And was very impressed with the packaging, the mirror came in immaculate condition due to it being so well packaged. Nice to recieve a product from a company with out any damage.”

“Delivery was slightly delayed, however i was still impressed with the service, kept in touch when despatch was anticipated and once this was collected by the courier, we were given a tracking guide of where the driver was , overall very good and would use Image Frames again, and recommend to others.”

“Ordered 3 custom frames all of different sizes over the Christmas period. Had cause to call to find out when they would be ready and customer service was excellent with the lovely lady being so friendly and keen to help. Items dispatched quickly through inter link with one hour delivery slot and ability to track driver and frames arrived well packed and beautifully made to fit our 3 pictures perfectly. Can't believe the difference it makes to the look having frames to fit exactly. Will definately come back again and recommend for quality of products and customer service! Couldn't fault them.”
