“Worst worst customer service
The delivery guys have no manners to speak and talk in the worst possible manner which leaves me traumatized. Have been following up for more than 4 days via email and calls only to get no proper response and to top it the virtual chat boils my blood as it says to email or call. When you call they don't answer or give a response which makes me want to kill myself to even call them and shoot my bloodpressure.
Please note - I never lose my cool and known to be a person with patience but imile does get on to my nerves. It's 0 in everything and I only wonder how they function.”

I have been reading all the other reviews with 1.2 rating people who never received their parcels, delivery drivers stealing parcels, customer service lying to and cheating people.
I will be filing a complaint with ACCC and contact NSW office of fair trading. I will also go the NSW Police. I think it is a crime accepting payment for service with no intent of delivery.
This courier should not be allowed to trade in Australia
