“Unprofessional, Rude, Unresponsive, & Fraudelent delivery driver
Same with the other reviews, they are really unprofessional especially to all drivers who assigned on my order(parcel). 6 delivery man attempt to deliver my order, but all were failed, because they never contact me through calls, just only receiving a notice from the whatsApp that says my order was ''Out of delivery and you will shortly reach you", but unfortunately they never reach me out, I'm the one who made an effort to contact them about the delivery. The most part of worst experience with them, saying " Just wait and I will come to you location! Just an hour or 2 hours". I have been waiting for so long, hope for nothing, being stress contacting the rude delivery boy.
In a reporting system or tracking system monitoring, all reason for delay or reason why not receiving the order are not true, Its big big lie, fraud, manipulation, trick both seller and receiver. Shame on them. Not really recommended. You owe an apology to me. My order#6030623911298.
Its obviously seems that you don't want to deliver my order because of location? Ridiculous! its been 2 weeks of arranging and changing my location without my knowledge! Creating fake/ not real reason to cover or hide only your negligence and fraudulence actions. Just trying trick us. Unbelievable! My first time on my life.”
“Just want to share my worst experience with iMile delivery services. They have unresponsive and rude delivery guy. They will not contact you through call about your order. The most part that I really hateful, they trying to make you stupid/fooled. Monitoring report in tracking system is totally Big lie, not true. They just making more excuses to make your delivery delay. Why doing that? Because of your location might be favorable with them. Exactly, they will not deliver your order once you exceed from their limit of their travel, which ridiculous because the system says delivery out meaning delivery was probably prepared but in reality it wasn't. Big lie. They need to be straight from the start if they can't accept those location rather trying to make delivery but they can't. That's a big big fooled to other customer.”
“Absolutely the worst. I am in Riyadh, KSA, and have a shipment stuck in the same city since the 6th of Jan with failed delivery after delivery with a courier who LIES about attempting to contact me. I contact customer service and they've barely been any helpful, giving me an unregistered number to contact the courier at which DOES NOT WORK.
I wish I could rate them less than one star -- completely unprofessional and honestly should stop handling people's shipments.”
“Worst customer service!!!! I got a notification that my package from Shein was on the way at 12 PM and the driver contacted me at 2 PM asking for my location! I have contacted him several times and he keeps telling me that he will come later! It is now 9 PM and he is still telling me he will come later!!! This is not a Disco!! This is a home we don't want strangers knocking on our door at midnight!! I live in Bahrain BTW. I don't know if Shein would consider changing the delivery company they deal with but I will write to them anyways.”

Driver can't follow simple directions to find a location, just send a message that he will come later again and then they returned the package to the sender.

The Whatsapp bot is not linked to core data and is never updated.

i have been getting several deliveries with the same address from their 1 supplier here at UAE and so far i got delivery with the schedule day and it went so smooth! BRAVO for delivery whose name is FASALUDHEEN HASSAN - i never faced any problem with his delivery.
but with same address, other deliveries are delayed and when it is delayed they will make you lot of problem, other delivery guy will ask you lot that i need to be there to receive the item. ever since my i am just asking them to place outside my door since it is already payed. same address, with same courier company but different delivery person. please improve this as you are not getting good feedbacks also from customers, i really don't know why Carrefour trusted your service, maybe you are charging less. but to be fair, we need fair delivery.”
