The 2 parcels were returned as driver stated incorrect address when it is the correct address and no other courier company has trouble finding my address.
The driver did not even attempt to call me upon arrival. Or leave a note.
Attempted to call iMile and no answer. Numerous emails no reply. Did the reschedule online no confirmation .I've list 2 parcels sender has no idea receiver has no idea and the courier is uncontactable

“This is a shell company running a gig (non) delivery operation. Parcels are dumped, lost or stolen with no redress. The CEO of this operation is Luke Alfred Austin (DOB 26/5/1967) and his phone number is 0432 462 141. Their HQ is 11b 9-11 Ferndell St South Granville NSW 2142”

“The most inept, incompetent ‘delivery service’. They are liars, stating that a delivery was attempted when phone records reflect no calls and security camera footage shows nobody approached the house. They are thieves, eventually reporting packages as delivered when security camera footage shows no packages were delivered. Their level of incompetence is such that they are unable to find a house when provided a map to the EXACT location in WhatsApp. A carrier pigeon has more intelligence and ability than those that work for this company. They are aware of how awful they are, evidenced by never soliciting feedback, their refusal to put anything in writing and their non-existent customer service. If you call, it is impossible to speak with a person. If you email, the response is to call their customer service. Shady practices from a shady business. Save your money and hire a trained monkey instead - I guarantee you will have better results.”
“IMILE is the worst of the worst, made an order on TEMU they normally shipped with POSTE ITALIANE (Italian post) I usually receive it but if I don't I can always pick it up at the post office. With IMILE it's a disaster, 4 days they SAY they attempt the delivery but WRONG ADDRESS, the address is correct, and I have read many negative reviews complaining the same thing WRONG ADDRESS. There is no pickup point, the phone number provided to me by TEMU is an answering machine, that tells me not to leave a message because IT IS FULL, yeah sure FULL OF COMPLAINTS! To make a long story short never got my package. Now the tracking says DELIVERY ATTEMPT FINISHED! Now I have to wait until it returns to TEMU before I get a full refund, and what if it never goes back to TEMU? Horrible Horrible company!”

“One of the shittiest delivery services. Buffalo was best don’t know why SHEIN changed its services in South Africa. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 8th aug left the warehouse at 8 in morning with driver Aubrey Maluleke. I’ve been calling him since 5 he is saying he is coming but now it’s 10 in the night and still he is on his way. What kind of company does deliveries so late at night.”
