“It's been several weeks since I've authorized my translation and I haven't received it”

Hi Jose, The reason you have not yet received the physical copy of your translation is because you had not approved the translation until earlier today. It will be mailed out tomorrow morning.

“The service was not in 24 hours as promised. It was ordered on a Thursday morning and not delivered until the following Tuesday. It caused me tremendous inconvenience. Will not use again.”

Hi Rebecca, Thank you for your feedback, we're very sorry for the inconvenience that this cause you. Our records indicate that we did complete the translation within 24 hours, however the notarization took longer. We sent the notarized translation to you on the next business day after you had approved the translation, which was Monday.

“My name spelling was wrong on the birth certificate translation, but I got a chance to review (not sure if anyone else had reviewed before me because the error was obvious). However, the error was corrected by the next day, the document got delivered very quickly, and the whole experience ran very smoothly and wasn't expensive. Good service.”

“Changing my review to reflect the failure of ImmiTranlantion to do as promised. The Documents sent out we're Damaged by liquid prior to them being taken to Post Office. You sent out Damaged Documents, and when I asked for replacement, you said no problem happens occasionally and will send new ones immediatly. You never sent new Undamaged Documents, and I will be contacting my Bank to stop payment until Documents are received. This is called fraud.....”

“Customer service is very friendly. The translation was done very professionally and very timely. Notarization took just a bit longer but still very quickly. Finished work was very accurate. I will consider using this service again and recommend it to anyone who needs it in the future.”
