“Best pest control company in our area for sure. We got imperial pest prevention to do some pest control to get rid of some ants we had a problem with. We had Massey before and all I was getting was excuses so we got rid of them after my auntie said that she uses them they got rid of roaches for her. It took them about 2 tries before it was almost gone and then the last time the bug man came out we hadn't seen any since.”

“Imperial pest prevention did a great job for us. I originally went through home advisor who paired us up with Cimex, Daves pest control and apex but the quotes that came through were not specific and appeared to just want to get someone out to us to quote or the price had a big gap in between. I liked the fact your office was specific, the time of arrival was specific, and the spray man was specific and to the point.”

“Excellent prices and service. I use imperial pest prevention for bed bugs services, our cab company which I want to remain anonymous because its not our fault and we aren't the only company this happens to in our industry at times. Imperial does a good job at keeping our treatments confidential, gets our cars and vans back on the road quickly, and does good for us on the prices. “Imperial Pest Control handles our monthly pest control spraying at our restaurant. They do a great job keeping us bug free. Occasionally we get a few roaches here and there because of boxes that come in during shipping but they have always come right out anytime we needed them if its in between the normal time we go out.”

“Imperial pest prevention did a great job for us. We had a large bee nest we hired them to get rid of in the bottom of an old tree in the backyard. They blasted it with a large hose and spray gun and drenched them. After the spray we had a few buzzing around for a few days but it was all gone by the fourth day.”

“Great customer service. I hired them to take care of a bed bug problem that a tenant left for me at a previous rental and a new tenant moved in to discover. The man whose name I do not remember took the time to call me back after hours and help me out and reach out to my tenant and calm her down a bit. The day after that the office called her in the morning and helped them out with the prepping and scheduled the bed bug service. They called me and kept me informed of the treatments and what was done which was a big help being in New Jersey and not being at the property. Great customer service, hard to find companies that operate like that now a days. I would recommend them to anyone needing a pest control company.”

“we hired them from a Facebook ad we found on a parenting site. It was the yearly pest control deal. It has been a great service, we actually just renewed it a second term and they honored the pricing like they did last time. Cant beat the pest control service for the price. It literally would cost more to buy the stuff yourself and apply it throughout the year.”

“Used them with a home inspection that was subcontracted out to them. They didn't great job and found a lot of things wrong, almost too much lol! I know thats what I paid for but it can be disheartening when your set on a home but it's best to know and they did great.”

“We hired imperial pest control to do a home inspection and initially we were upset with them because they denied doing the crawl space inspection because of a spider infestation under the home. The guy who I cant remember his name said that they were black and brown widows and that he could not jeopardize his safety. I thought he was lying and just didn't want to do the inspection and that brown widows were fake. I had a man from the department of agriculture come out and he did indeed back them up that it was true and that he was correct in not going under for safety. I decided to have the homeowner hire them to treat so they could go back and be able to inspect for me. When the pest control guy came out he sprayed the crawl space and these spiders were coming out of the crawlspace vent holes by the thousands, I could not believe it. I literally felt like a jerk and had to apologize because it was literally a safety hazard. I told them I would share this experience because it was the least I could do for the hassle I put that man through. Imperial Pest Prevention is a legitimate company and I do recommend them.”

“My wife is terrified of snakes and we had a few black ones not sure if they were venomous or not but it was enough that she was freaked out. We couldn't find any pest control company that did anything for snakes but after searching on google we had found imperial pest prevention and saw they offered a snake repellent service. We figured that since the service was not that expensive we would try it out. I will say we both were shocked, its either been one heck of a coincidence or the stuff works like a charm because we had not seen one snake all spring or summer! we have since employed them in place of our other pest control spray company and lawn spray company since they offer really good prices if you bundle with them. All in all imperial pest prevention has been good to us!”
