“They are incredible or incredibly useless, They promise 2-5 day delivery which is non existent after you paid, Their support cannot support by any means and really no point in even contacting them. They cant tell you where your order is or when you will get it, just every day, the "relevant department" so they dont even know will contact you. So this will be my last purchase and to avoid the same fate, check their trust score on places such as hello peter etc. over 3k 1 start reviews saying the same thing.”
“Incredible Clearwater after sales is the worst. Don’t even deserve a star. Returned my son’s watch 2 months ago, bought a Volcano watch in March for his 13th birthday stopped working/charging in May. Only managed to return it to the store in August and I’m still waiting to be contacted.
