“Well constructed and good appearance. However, because my Indow fits into a small window, I had trouble installing them at the corners where small holes in the seal has occurred only in the corners. I have reinstalled them attempting to eliminate the hole, but nothing works. However, I have noticed the difference in reducing the cold single glaze window. I have attached 1 photo of the hole at corner and 1 photo with the corner rubber lapping out over the frame corner.”

“They fit well and appear to give the protection to the elements I was hoping. I will know more in winter. I had to put it in and take it out a few times before I liked how it looked and how it fit. I just needed the experience of using it a few times to understand how it works.”

“The acoustic grade window inserts reduce the noise in my apartment by a noticeable degree. Overall, I am quite pleased with the inserts. It has been a little over a month now and my quality of life had undeniably improved with the reduced noise level. The only snag in the whole process involved the inserts for a very large front window. These particular inserts are an EXTREMELY tight fit (not in a good way.) So much so that the compression tubing on the corner of the largest insert is splitting already. That was disappointing. All the other inserts from my order fit easily into their window. To their credit, Indows offered to replace the tight-fitting inserts. I declined knowing the original inserts would be destined for a landfill. I can live with the tight fit. I am a bit concerned that the mitered corners on the compression tubing will not be durable particularly on the inserts that I am popping in and out on a daily basis (this is necessary for temperature regulation.) Based on my interaction with Indows so far, I trust they will continue to provide stellar customer service if that ever happens. The employees at Indows were all extremely helpful and patient and my experience interacting with them was 100% positive. It has been a pleasure to business with Indows and knowing my purchase is supporting a small business entirely based in the US is an added bonus.”

“The ordering and measuring process went great, Orlin was wonderful to work with. The window inserts reduce the noise in the bedroom slightly. I was hoping for something a little more drastic in noise reduction, but the insulation in our walls is thin and some of the noise may also be coming through the walls as well. Installation and removal is simple. Overall very satisfied with the product.”

“The indow windows are really great and do the job! Only thing that I would state is that for large windows the install is difficult and requires two people: plus someone with a skinny am too attach the chain. Overall very pleased.”

“They are a bit difficult to install (YouTube videos are not true to actual size). They are helpful to keep heat/air in, but if it is traffic noise you are trying to block, these dont help as much. We live on a US 2 lane highway, and it has a lot of truck/traffic noise. Indow does not help much with this.”

“Inserts seem to work pretty well at cutting down some of the road noise. Cost is very expensive, but not many alternative besides maybe trying to do it yourself or replacing windows, which are both not great options. Construction seems pretty solid, would like to see the "D" rings on all corners and maybe some on long spans in order make adjustment to the insert once in. There was a minor scratch on the large insert which I didn't notice until the insert was backlit from the window and was too much trouble to remove and try to buff out. Overall, shipping was fast, sales representative was quick to answer any questions. I would consider purchasing more for other windows that are affected by road noise.”

“We have a 50-year-old 15-pane bow window that actually got frost INSIDE during the colder days of winter. We wanted to keep the window and Indows seemed like the perfect solution. Everything about the process went well - the salesman was helpful, the measuring kit easy to use and my wife & I handled the installation ourselves with no problem. Since we live in a rural area noise reduction wasn't a concern for us but preserving the view was; the white silicone framing is much less intrusive than we expected. We haven't had them through the winter yet, so time will tell, but we're very happy with our purchase!”

“My overall experience with the noise cancelling inserts was very positive. The product was delivered on time, and as expected. They were simple to install and after 6 months of use, they are holding up well and look new. They biggest reason for the purchase, they do a very good job of reducing the outside noise in our bedroom. I am very happy that we decided to purchase them. Only downside is the cost. I spend close to $1,000 for two inserts. Still seems excessive. All in all, the produce performs as expected and we are happy with them!”
