“I ordered generic black toner for my Xerox WorkCentre 6027 and after installing it not only do the prints look great but when I installed the toner the display on my printer showed it as a genuine Xerox cartridge! So everything has been working well and I’m happy with the product.”

“I have been buying the 5 pack of ink toner for over a year now. I keep saying I'm going to keep a count on how many copies I get per cartridge.....but never do. The best thing so far was I received a defective cartridge and the customer service was fantastic. I just took pics and emailed the info and no problem getting the replacement. When I order it has been delivered the next day.”

“Great online store with awesome customer service. I bought a new printer and thought I had ordered the wrong toner cartridges. Customer service was right there verifying that I did in fact order the correct cartridges, and instructed me about how to install them. It isn't obvious to someone new to the printer, because the part that you order fits inside another part. The inside part is the toner replacement, but because one was inside the other, both are removable, it seemed that they were not the right ones, - they were not the same size.”
