“I'm a very happy repeat customer. My first order last year of 5 toner cartridges worked perfectly. I recently ordered 5 more of the HP 30X compatible cartridges. I received them on Thursday and when installing the first one got an error message saying Memory Supply Error. I sent an email describing the problem and got a quick reply offering a refund or replacement. I chose replacement and had them on Saturday. This is a company that cares about customer service and supplying quality products. Other companies could take lessons from the Ink Toner Store on how to keep happy customers.”

“This toner is the best. It is a very reasonable price so I usually buy 2 at a time. They cost less than 1 toner in the brick and mortar stores. I xl toner lasts me a whole year for my small business. I’ve told my other small business friends about the website so they can save too. They also have a rewards program to offset the cost. And free shipping with minimum order. I just can’t say enough about this company. It’s great quality ink at a great price.”

“This company has saved our small business hundreds of dollars. We were paying brand-name prices for toner for years. I found this site five years ago and have been thrilled by the affordability, quality of product, and great customer service that InkTonerStore.com has provided. In all that time we have only received once toner cartridge that was faulty. We received a prompt refund and a new cartridge was shipped out immediately. The reward system is also a great incentive to keep coming back. Thank you!”

“The toners both work as expected. One issue I did run into while installing into the printer was that one of the toners had a tab that was an 1/8 of an inch too long. This prevented the toner to install correctly and I had to cut the tab down for it to work.”
