“I made a mistake on the shipping address. There was no obvious way to corrected it online so I sent an email telling them I would cancel the order if I didn’t here from them. They replied immediately, corrected my mistake and shipped the order the same day. Great job.”

“The toner came quickly and seems to be ok. I had to go away from where it is installed And then I was taken to urgent care and then a hospital and have been there for 4 days. I think I will be discharged soon and use this more often. But for now it is working OK”
