“I had accidently ordered the wrong toner cartridge; which would not fit my printer. Stephanie was excellent doing the research for me to find the correct one, and took the mistaken one back minus the s&h for a refund. To soften the s&h cost, she gave me a 10% discount on the correct toner cartridge; which she most certainly did not have to do. Thanks Stephane, you definitely have my business at the Ink Toner Store from now on!”

“I have not needed to replace my existing Inktoner previous cartridges as yet. I did find that the yellow cartridge has been "streaking" and cleaning did not stop the problem. I'll see if replacing with the new yellow cartridge solves the problem.”

“I am teleworking from home, and needed ink fast. I ordered on a Friday, it was shipped the same day. I received the ink on Tuesday, right after Labor Day. The cartridges work fine. I am very satisfied.”

“I first got 1 toner from Best Buy for about $80 a cartilage .. then I went on line and found Ink Toner Star . com and ordered 2 toners for about $40 --Now I put in one of these toners- and it works GREAT and I love saving all this money .”
