“Price was very good. Shipped promptly and arrived on time. Drum fits and works properly, Would have liked an instruction sheet to aid in the replacement (packaging was different from the OEM drum from OKI), otherwise would have given them a 5/5 rating.”

“I received both the replacement image drum unit and 4 pak of toner cartridges right on schedule. Very quick service at a great $$$$ savings. If the image drum unit had come with directions on replacing it then my delight would have been boundless. I will be back.”

“InkTonerStore sent us out the wrong toners for our printer. They caught the mistake in their distribution office and immediately sent us out the correct toner. So... when we got the wrong toner and it would not work, we called the office and they told us the problem and the next day the correct toner arrived! It worked! The colors are not as bright and vibrant as the manufacturer's toner; however, for the price we paid, it was good.”

“The toner I purchase works great, only $19 instead of $80! Delivery right to my clinic within 3 days every time. Only small issue is it doesn't last nearly as long as the expensive ones, but still saving money.”

“Well you can't beat the price however saying that the drum I purchased for my Brother Machine DCP 8085 DN Copier Printer Scanner did not fix my issue. Relatively new machine, says I need to replace drum. I did but it still says I need a drum. Don't know if there is an issue with my printer or I received a defective drum. Have not reached out to company yet.”

“Great value for the money. It is a fraction of the price of hp cartridges. I’ve been using this company for a couple of years and will continue to do so. I print about 600 to 800 pages per month and these cartridges perform a high yield!”
