“The delivery and shipping was the fastest of all ohers. The toner cartridges are not very full. I suppose that is a function of the low price.”

“Order arrived promptly. When I called about a problem with my printer accepting the brand compatible cartridges I was able to quickly reach someone who instructed me how to solve the problem. However, I would strongly suggest that instructions how to deal with this apparently frequently occurring problem be included in the shipment of compatible but off-brand laser printer cartridges. be included in the pack”

“I have purchased from this site before and always have been happy. I bought a quantity of 3 this time because of a promotion. I installed the first toner cartridge and there was toner on the edges of my copies. I decided to open and try the second and it worked perfect. Hoping the third one is ok when I need it.”

“Everything arrived on time. I purchased a new drum because the light kept coming on the copier. The manual said to replace the drum when this happens. I received a new drum from you but the light is still coming on. I'm still able to make copies. Oh well!”
