“"Reasonable pricing and prompt shipping. Ordered on Wednesday delivered Tuesday. The only thing I can ding them on is I never received an email with a tracking number. I will order from them again though"”

“The order process was simple. The order was received quickly. There was a problem with the shipment, however. One item was incorrect. After one call to the company, the issue was corrected, and the item was shipped. I was pleased and satisfied with the correction and the attitude of the CSR. I will continue to order from this company.”

“One of the products I ordered, was paid for only to learn later it is on back order. Seems like their website should reflect that issue. As a consumer, I wouldn't know what's in their inventory. Otherwise, Great service.”

“We had a bad, leaking remanufactured cartridge and InkTonerStore replaced it quickly. Another remanufactured toner cartridge made a lot of noise in the printer and made lines on the paper. Our technician thought it was something else, so we almost bought another printer. Ended up limping along until the cartridge was used up, and when we replaced it with another cartridge, it worked fine. I know we would have been able to get it replaced if we knew it was the cartridge. Not all remanufactured cartridges work well, so beware of that. Still reordered from InkTonerStore due to their good prices and service after the sale.”

“Toner quality is as good as manufacturers name brand and number of copies are also the same. The only problem so far was the black cartridge failed to signal the printer out of toner. Light colors were the only warning.”

“I had purchased a HP Compatible Toner Cartridge for Q1339A (HP 39A) Black. When it arrived and was placed in my printer. I immediately got an error code. Frustrating but after contacting InkTonerStore and providing them with pic's of the error code a second cartridge was shipped out and worked fine in my printer. I am now placing my second order with InkTonerStore. Hoping for a home run with this order. Thanks for providing the support that was needed at the time.”
