“The product is working fine. My initial reaction was negative because the bag was full of toner which got all over me Y office and my hands. After I got over the shock, I cleaned the entire area and the cartridge and after vacuuming my printer, the cartridge was installed and after wasting some paper, I was able to print cleanly.”

“When the toner cartridge that I received failed the person I spoke with got another shipped out immediately, no unreasonable questions asked. That is what I call service. My business depends on that printer working. Thanks”

“This was my first purchase from the Ink TonerStore. There was a mistake made (whether on my part or theirs) and I believe probably mine. We did not receive our purchase on the day that I thought that I was paying for. The people in customer service were extremely nice and worked with me on the shipping cost. This added up to better than $25.00. I want to thank them for their service and concern.”

“I found the toner cartridge I needed, and the price was much better than I could get from the printer manufacturer and the local Office Supply stores. The cost for shipping was the same for one as for two cartridges, and they arrived in a reasonable time. In addition, the Ink Toner Store provided a way to monitor the progress of my order while waiting for it to arrive.”
