“Easy to get in touch via email . Fast response. Delivery was right on via USPS. Directions included in packaging which was good in case recipient may have forgotten to replace cartridge.”

“The first time I tried to place our order, the application froze on me and wouldn't let me proceed to checkout. So I had to try again the next day. When I tried again the next day, I thought I ordered two units, but when the order was confirmed, it only showed one unit. However, InkTonerStore personnel were very quick and efficient in helping me the day after I ordered and got me the two units I wanted in the same shipment. The order was delivered promptly. We are reassured by the lifetime product guarantee and appreciate their loyalty credits program. All of my interactions with the phone personnel were excellent: very pleasant, knowledgeable, clear in their instructions. We will certainly order from InkTonerStore again.”

“Thank you for this opportunity. It is nice to be able to run my home business without having to pay a fortune for Ink Toner. You company helps me make money. My one concern, is that your toner does not last as long as the Brand name. Seems like I have to replace more often. With that said, I do still appreciate the cost and quality. “The service from InkTonerStore.com was great! The only reason I did not rate as Very Good is because I specified over the phone I wanted the parts next day, which shouldn't have been an issue since I'm only a few miles away from the InkTonerStore.com warehouse. However the order was shipped via USPS and took 3 days to get here.”

“The folks at Ink Toner Store are very polite. It's clear customer service is important to them. Their site is easy to navigate; and when looking for toner with multiple types of printers, a simple site helps customers A LOT. The ink comes very professionally packaged. And works great in the HP laser printer. Coupons online are a big plus, too! The two things that would get a 5th star are: 1) have an installation or instructions sheet in the box, (for those of us who don't change toner every day) 2) make efforts to partner with groups that can recycle your products.”

“I have not had the urgent need to replace my toner cartridge yet but I am pleased with the prompt service and decient pricing you offer. My Brother MFC-8500 is far from new but still works for what I need so I am pleased to be able to get the toner. Thank You.”

“I was happy to learn we could get ink toner for a decent price! We truly appreciate that! It took a little longer to receive the toners than what had others' had said, but it wasn't an emergency. I had ordered the wrong toner for one of our printers so called and was able to return it. I was told I would receive a label to send it back but I haven't received that yet and its been almost a week although I don't know where it's coming from, so that may be the mail service. All and all I was happy with the transaction.”
