“I have only recently purchased from InkToner Store. I've not used the products yet. I do know they have quick on line service. Product received was well packaged with no signs of defects. We are hoping the product provides the same quality as well. Wish I could give more but until we actually use the product I wouldn't be being honest.. So I will have to come back once we use the product...”

“I find it difficult to write a review on a product such as this, owing to the fact that toner cartridges and image drums are usually ordered before they are needed. As such, the items remain in their unopened carton and will probably remain so for the next two to three weeks. In defense of your decision to seek such a preemptive evaluation, I would comment that the shipping was admirable and the box is so nice that I'll probably re-purpose it for another use. “I had a previous bad experience with ordering a bundled 2 pack toner cartridges from a vendor selling through Amazon.com. The first set sent were not recognized by the SAMSUNG SCX3405FW all-in-one printer. After swapping for a replacement pack, only one of the two cartridges in fact worked, and the initial 50 printed pages or so were smeared and dirty. I lost faith in the so called compatible cartridges and went back to paying for the much more expensive SAMSUNG genuine cartridge I had to buy from Office Depot. The single SAMSUNG cartridge from Office Depot was priced at close to $90 on last check, so I decided to give INKTONER a try. I had to admit that I was rather apprehensive about blowing another $54 for trying another two "compatibles" that might again be a total waste of money. When I got my two packs, I carefully opened both of them, inserted each into my printer, and ran off a few test pages of WORD document and a back-white photo. I was pleasantly surprised to find that both cartridges worked, and the pages came out clean and sharp. I wrestled for a while when I was placing the order whether to just get one, or two. For order over $50, shipping is free, while I would have to pay about $32 (cartridge plus shipping) for one. I finally decided to take a chance and I was happy I did. The only slight disappointment regarding the ordering experience was that when the order was placed and accepted, I received an email confirmation ( with order #) indicating that once the order is shipped, I will receive another email notification with a shipment tracking ID for tracking the shipment. I checked my junk mail folder (and INBOX) and never did locate an email with shipment tracking information. After a bit over a week, I emailed INKTONER support inquiring about the status of my order. I got an email reply on the following day indicating that the order had already been shipped. I received the shipment on the next day. Not sure why I never received the shipment tracking information email. Maybe a glitch in the system or order process.”

“Thanks. The ink cartridge that has been there in the printer is still continue to serve. I did not replace with the new one. When it happen I will certainly post my opinion. What I really appreciate now is that my order was instantly attended and it got delivered within a few days. Very good service. Await for my next E-mail. Thanks again. Since I am not allowed to submit this E-Mail, I just marking 'good', now.”

“Thank you for asking for my comments. The only suggestion I have is for the labeling of the box. I ordered a drum for my Brother HL 2270DW and it was delivered in a short time, which was very good. However, the box was labeled "Laser Toner Cartridge". I checked the internet to see if the laser toner cartridge is the same as the drum, and it said they are different. I was going to call about it, but I decided to try the part and see if it worked. When I installed it, the printer worked fine, so apparently the part was the drum, with a different label on the box. To avoid confusion, I suggest that the box for a drum should be labeled drum.”

“We had tried another ink supplier and was really unhappy with the performance. Inktoner store has proven to be a much better product. However, there was a small glitch, the new toner cartridge kept communicating that we needed to put in a new toner drum. The printer is only a few months old so we knew that could not be the problem. My husband who is an office machine technician was able to clear the message. The turn around time was great! the performance is good as well. We will be coming back to the store for the future.”

“The quality of the print is good. I did have one black cartridge that I had to replace early as the ink quality was bad. I like the fact that the ink cartridges are shipped quickly and they are reasonably priced. Thank you!”

“I ordered a product online from InkTonerStore.com. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I installed it, and it has performed as it should. I received a request from a company employee to write a review about them. The request had 3 misspellings in it. A rating of "Average" should have been enough. But I gave them a "Good" rating, to demonstrate what a nice guy I am. Not sure what would have constituted a "Very Good" rating.”
