“I just received it and it was delivered in good packing. Installation was easy. Time only will tell how well it performs. This is the first time I purchased toner cartridge from Inktonerstore.com and I hope this wont be the last. It is critical to keep the prices low and competitive.”

“Just received the toner replacement for an older Canon office copy machine. Everything in the ad sounded good but was a little uncertain. The toner cartridge arrived as stated when purchased. . Quality of copies so far are very good and would buy another at this point. I would have given it a "very good rating", but am waiting to see how the cartridge performs and how many copies it will make.”

“The website was user friendly. Product was easily found for my printer. I ordered and paid for the product quickly and the product arrived also quickly and on time. I have not used the product yet because there is still some toner left in the one I have. Just did not want to run out before it got here. I am pleased with the service. I would give a "very good" rating after I see the quality of the ink.”

“Overall, everything was great. One of the items I received (Okidata 42126658 Compatible Image Drum New Yellow for C3100, C3200, C5100, C5200 okd42126658) did not work and was defective. (I kept getting an error message) I reuse the old drum and the print works now.”

“I am elated with finding an alternative to $120 ink cartridge. I did not replace 2 of them for quite a while due to the expense. My plan is to use this service going forward. My only slightly negative experience is that when I ordered two different cartridges they were slightly different. This caused me some confusion. Then again, I may be a confused individual.”

“shipped quick enough and orders have always been correct. Seems that HP does something to screw up their printers so they don't do as good a job (not quite as vibrant color on some prints and cartridges don't seem to last long) .with 3rd party inks. So this is really of 'very good' for InkTonerStore service and I am not sure from a product standpoint anything more can me done.”
