“Thanks. The ink cartridge that has been there in the printer is still continue to serve. I did not replace with the new one. When it happen I will certainly post my opinion. What I really appreciate now is that my order was instantly attended and it got delivered within a few days. Very good service. Await for my next E-mail. Thanks again. Since I am not allowed to submit this E-Mail, I just marking 'good', now.”

“Thank you for asking for my comments. The only suggestion I have is for the labeling of the box. I ordered a drum for my Brother HL 2270DW and it was delivered in a short time, which was very good. However, the box was labeled "Laser Toner Cartridge". I checked the internet to see if the laser toner cartridge is the same as the drum, and it said they are different. I was going to call about it, but I decided to try the part and see if it worked. When I installed it, the printer worked fine, so apparently the part was the drum, with a different label on the box. To avoid confusion, I suggest that the box for a drum should be labeled drum.”

“We had tried another ink supplier and was really unhappy with the performance. Inktoner store has proven to be a much better product. However, there was a small glitch, the new toner cartridge kept communicating that we needed to put in a new toner drum. The printer is only a few months old so we knew that could not be the problem. My husband who is an office machine technician was able to clear the message. The turn around time was great! the performance is good as well. We will be coming back to the store for the future.”

“The quality of the print is good. I did have one black cartridge that I had to replace early as the ink quality was bad. I like the fact that the ink cartridges are shipped quickly and they are reasonably priced. Thank you!”

“I ordered a product online from InkTonerStore.com. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I installed it, and it has performed as it should. I received a request from a company employee to write a review about them. The request had 3 misspellings in it. A rating of "Average" should have been enough. But I gave them a "Good" rating, to demonstrate what a nice guy I am. Not sure what would have constituted a "Very Good" rating.”
