“They had the toner I needed but the yellow did not work. I had two and tried both and they did not work. I had to go back online and purchase a genuine Dell yellow cartridge before I could get my printer to work. I have found previously from other sources that the non-Dell cartridges sometimes do not work. The black one worked ok however and got me going. I have not tried the other colors yet as they have not run out on my printer.”

“The product I purchased was fine. I live in Knoxville TN. My credit card I used for this transaction was used for 2 purchases (restaurants) in Yonkers, New York , which are near your location. Another was tried in Delaware but was declined. I locked my card and Capital One is investigating. Someone in your company is a thief. This was the only time I have used this card in several months. The two purchases totaled $124.89. Your data security is not working! I cannot recommend your company!”

“The customer service at InkTonerStore.com is excellent! I had a problem with my printer after a move from one state to another. So I ordered some new cartridges from InkTonerStore.com to try to fix the problem. When the new cartridges didn't fix the problem they shipped out free replacement cartridges made by another manufacturer to try to fix the problem. When that didn't work they gave me a full refund on my original order. I was willing to return the cartridges to them. But they said it wasn't necessary. Wow. What a great customer service experience.”
