“So far so good. My only complaint is did arrive when expected. I ordered right before memorial Day weekend and paid for 2 day shipping. Of course the holiday weekend affected delivery. I expected my order would be processed on Tuesday and id have toner by Friday. I received an email stating Friday arrival. It did not arrive until Monday. A bit disappointing. Next time I'll skip the expedited shipping and lower my expectations. Reordering assumes the cartridges perform as expected.”

“I purchased a compatible (HP410A) yellow toner cartridge for my hp Color LaserJet MP452dw printer. The toner cartridge was very well packaged and sealed for shipment. The InkTonerStore.com replacement cartridge works perfectly and is a very good value.”

“EXCELLENT Customer Service! I ordered replacement cartridges for my HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 - turns out HP intentionally inserts MALWARE to my printer to reject other cartridge brands to force me to buy their very overpriced cartridges and did so with the 1st ones ordered from InkTonerStore. What an unethical way of doing business - hope HP gets slapped with a massive class action lawsuit sooner than later. I called InkTonerStore.com telling them what the problem was and they immediately sent a different brand at no cost - and they WORK! Customer for life. Thank-you InkTonerSTore.com !!!”

“I ordered 2 ink cartridges for an older Samsung laser printer, the cartridges that arrived were the wrong part number, I called customer service and I was told that it was a warehouse error and that I didn’t have to send the wrong cartridges back, but rather drop them off at a recycle place and that the company will immediately send the correct cartridges out. They arrived the very next day and work fantastic. Very friendly customer oriented customer service. I will keep buying all my cartridges from here. 5* service, thank you!”

“Delivery was fast and the part fits and functions just like the original. I have only had the part for a short while, but so far so good. The factory part costs what I originally paid for the printer, so the aftermarket part made perfect sense at around $30.00.”

“I tried the cartridge and printer would not accept it. Kept saying to reinsert. After numerous attempts I had to buy a new cartridge and it worked first time. Cost should be refunded.”

“I thought that I'd filled out all of the required information(shopping cart complete, credit card info, etc.) and I clicked to complete the purchase, nothing happened. After trying unsuccessfully to complete the purchase, I gave up and left the site. Very quickly afterward I got an email from InkTonerStore saying that I had apparently had a problem; was given a link to return. I clicked on it and was back to the site with my original, filled shopping cart but with all the rest of my data deleted (rightfully). I reentered my original data. A couple of days later, the order appeared on my doorstep. Five stars for your perseverance and subsequent follow thru. (Profile: male, 85 yrs young, 63 yrs computer experience.)”
