“This was my first time buying online. I am pleased with the black ink cartridge but the color one doesn't work at all. I wasn't sure where to send it back for a refund or preferably a new color cartridge.”

“Ordering and shipping was quick and easy. Price was reasonable. This is my first time ordering and unfortunately though all great as stated above the print quality is just not there. Color trueness and saturation is poor. Even in printing black and white gray comes through with a greenish tint. I have used other off brands as paying price for Canon is outrageous so this is not my first experience going off brand. My printer is also giving an error message when I engage printer that off brand is being used.”

“The inker does not work in my printer but you want me to send pictures of the printer just so I can return it as if you don’t believe me that it doesn’t work. All I want is to return it and get my money back. Unhappy customer Pam.”

“A couple of times I have bought black toners for my Canon printer LBP 6030W from Amazon. The price was good ($26 for the pack of 2 toners), but the quality was very poor. So, I found a website of the Inktonerstore and ordered from them one toner with a good review for $35. After some months of use, I ordered one more, even though the first one still working. The quality is great. Now I keep my fingers crossed.”

“The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because this is my first time ordering from InkTonerStore. So far, so good. I chose this store not because of price, but because of the gaurantee it offered. I recently purchased refilled cartridges from another store and they were dried out and did not work with my printer. This cartridge is working well with my HP 3800. It came professionally packaged, and of course stated a satisfaction guarantee. I am getting ready to order an additional cartridge. It looks like this company is on track with quality and customer service.”
