“I have been a customer of InkTonerStore for several years. All of my purchases have gone very well, I had one new cartridge that didn't print correctly. I reported the problem and the cartridge was replaced no charge without question, no return required. Highly recommended vendor.”

“I like the Ink Toner Store however, I had a recent problem. I always order 2-3 extra cartriges for emergencies. This is the first time I have been completly ignored. 1 of the toners was out of ink after 10 days of use. Then I inserted the other new toner and it only printed 3 pages and I was out of toner. I called and left a message to have someone call me no one bothered to call me. I had to rush to get a toner. Then I ordered 5 more toners. No credit has been given, no email, no communication at all. I was very disappointed.”

“I couldn't have found a more pleasant and cooperative place to receive my printer products from. Right from the first hello to the last good bye it was a most pleanant experience Very helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back to them for my printer products in the future. I have also passed their information on to some friends of mine with the same type of printer.
