“This store is a rock solid outfit. I was trying to save money and did not order the brand name ink toner cartridges for my printer and ordered ones that were made by a different manufacturer. When they arrived, they fit, but were deemed '"Invalid" by my printer. The InkTonerStore personnel were quick to resolve the problem by sending me toner cartridges from a different vender. Those too fit in the computer, but were also designated "Invalid Cartridge" by my printer. There was no "Oh, you weren't standing on your left foot with your right index finger in your left ear, so, so sorry, you lose. No refund for you!" The InkTonerStore's response was to return my full credit charges without condition. These people are open and above board and a pleasure to do business with.”

“I was not wanting to replace my old printer that still worked great, but I couldn't find ink cartridges to fit it anymore. My son told me about your site and I ordered them.
