“Toner for my laser printer was easy to locate and order, less expensive than the 'name brand', and was received in a short time. I tried printing with the toner cartridge when I got it, to make sure it printed OK, and it worked fine.”

“I purchased a toner cartridge from them for my HP printer. It worked great at first. All of a sudden I was getting ghost images and broken text. I called them and they told me it is possibly a defective cartridge. I was thinking it could be something they could help me resolve over the phone. They sent me another cartridge at no cost. It arrived two days later. I could not believe how quickly I received it. It did fix the issue. I am very pleased with their customer service.”
