“I am disappointed that the order has not been delivered yet. The UPS label was created right away, but the product has not been shipped. There has been no contact from this business as to when I can expect my order to be delivered.”

“I put the toners in my printer and it jammed up my printer. I had to go to a printer person and have it taken apart. I'm waiting to see if there was any damage to the printer.”
