“The Canon E40 compatible toner cartridge (E31/E40/E41-NTJ) we ordered for our copier does not work. We removed the large protective covering from the front of the cartridge and then tried to remove the thin, transparent ribbon sticking out the side-but it will not come out. We tried using it anyway, giving it some shaking, and it would print a faint and discontinuous copy. Trying again to remove the ribbon, it almost starts to stretch, and I think it will break before it comes out. What are we supposed to do?”

“This is the third time I have ordered from InkTonerStore.com I rate it 5 stars all the way. My toner is about half price from where I have ordered it in the past and it has yielded about twice as many copies. The toner was delivered very fast without issues. Great Value!”

“I don’t know what I would do without InkToner Storr. My printer is ancient in computer years, and I can no longer purchase cartridges for it locally. Some 18 months ago, I found ITS and kept my old printer going. I recentry reordered and the cartridge arrived sooner than I expected. Kudos to ITS!”

“At I didn't understand replacing the toner part of the ink cart. There was no explanation with the toner package. I had always replaced the whole package before. I also believe there was some question as to when I had completed the order.”
