“Outstanding service. Shannon in Cust Service corrected an oversight on my part that cost me several dollars. Shannon corrected my mistake, credited my oversight back, provided updated shipping info. What a refreshing experience with a customer service rep. Shannon went above and beyond. Products arrived as ordered, everything is up and running. I couldn't be happier, thanks to Shannon.”
