“HAD AN ISSUE WITH A CARTRIDGE I PURCHASED, NO PROBLEM WITH THEM SENDING A NEW ONE. VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, UNDERSTANDING AND INFORMATIVE! GREAT JOB!!”

“I order two ink cartridges when I received them I try to put them in but they look like they were too small so I thought they were the wrong ones but when I called the company and talk to Jamie she explained to me that you have to do a little bit of them figuring out to put them in which was easy once she explained it to me. When I went to print the printer was not Printing right, there were strange lines and the black was not very clear, Jamie went through guiding me on what to do to check everything out and then we realized maybe that the cartridges or something was wrong with it so she sent me two new ones free of charge and I didn’t have to return the other two great service I recommend it Antonio Mystic Bellissimo.”
