“I am so happy we found this store. Our first order did not work in our printer and since InkToner Store states they will refund if cartridges don't work, I called them. They were so nice on the phone and offered either our money or to try a different manufacturer. We chose to try a different manufacturer. Within minutes I received a return label for the original cartridges and within 3 days the new ones arrived... AND they worked!!!! We are VERY happy with the customer service of InkTonerStore and will continue to use them.”

“I am very impressed with the professional and prompt response from Kayla. She is very pleasant to work with and since we could not get 3 cartilages to work in my printer she offered to send replacements. I am glad to try the replacements because, at the end I just need cartridges that will work. I can print because I did have 1 new cartridge from my stock.”

“Toner fits my Canon perfectly and also is working great. I wish you had a slip in the box saying how to dispose of it (for the previous toner), I don't think it is suppose to go in our Landfill.”
