“I purchased an ink toner and upon receiving it noticed it was not a correct one. I sent a quick message and the owner told me that I had given a wrong order number and told me the correct one to order (which I already have). He was so nice and sent me a "Return Label". He is genuinely a very nice man and anxious to help. Will certainly continue doing business with him.”

“At first I was skeptical on whether or not they could deliver on price and delivery guaranty. Their pricing was among the lowest for the toner I needed for my Samsung Laser printer and their two day delivery price was amazing compared to their competitors. I got my product within the two days. I am sold. Very happy with my toner, no difference from a Samsung toner that I would have paid three times more for”

“Order was received, however, toner cartridges did not work. I had to throw them out. I ordered two more by mistake from inktoner. One works fine. I have not opened the other one. Inktoner is a good website but I will not order from them again. Their suppliers have a poor quality product.”
