“I had an excellent experience with your customer support representative. She was extremely kind and helpful. She understood my problem with a toner that I ordered, and guided me to determine if my problem was related to my printer or the product that I received. She very kindly offered to replace the cartridge, and I just received the replacement today. Thanks, your customer service is awesome, Thanks!!!”

“I have placed a few orders, over the last year. My experience has been positive overall. There was a problem with one item that I received. It took one phone call, along with a submission of pictures. Voila, replacement item within a few days. These days, you can't ask for more.”

“I have a Brother 5250DN duplex laser printer that is at least 12 years old and is no longer supported. Brother (no surprise) charges an arm and a leg for toner cartidges, and replacement toner cartridges I have tried from vendors other than InkTonerStore have not done well - 2 to 3 reams of paper when the sites claim 3,500 to 7,000 pages for their cartridges? Really? I ordered (skeptically, I must admit) a non-Brother replacement toner cartidge from InkTonerStore. The order arrived promptly (faster than the stated arrival date) and is now on it's 11th ream of paper with zero problems and is still going strong. Bottom line; InkTonerStore has guaranteed that my ancient, reliable Brother 5250DN will continue giving me several more years of service at a very minimal cost. An aside: Buying 10 replacement cartidges from InTonerStore for the 5250 costs less than buying a new printer that provides the same functionality.”

“I couldn’t be more pleased with the InkTonerStore. The only negative aspect is the fact that I am now paying more for the cartridges than I used to. The new HP printer is excellent but unfortunately it came with a higher price for the color inks. I do the weekly Bulletin for my Franciscan church and my time and what i spend on ink and paper is my donation. That extra $20 (approx) hurts my pocketbook, as I am retired, but I guess that’s the price of doing business. Thank you for keeping me in ink!!! Roy Matheis roygolf@aol.com”
