“My recent transaction went smoothly. However, after installing the new cartridges and checking the ink levels I found that none of the cartridges registered full but only 60 to 65 percent. However, for the price I'm not complaining, just letting you know that your supplier is shorting you on the quantity of product in each cartridge.”

“They were awesome! Had 1 issue with the toner not being recognized on my copier. I called and they tried to walk me through the problem but there was another issue with the cartridge and they sent me another cartridge the very next day. Working perfectly!!!”

“The toner is very reasonably priced. It also is good quality. Delivery was on time, no delays, immediately shipped. The best experience was the contact with the company itself. Had an issue at checkout. Clicked the “contact us/have a question” button and a couple of hours later got a personal call from a csr that had the most pleasant attitude and was kind enough to walk me through step by step. Very kind and respectful, which is not common these days! Will definitely purchase from again!”

“Ordering was easy, applicable cartridge and printers it applied to were clearly shown, easy to find. This was a very old printer, but still ran. Hated to pay full price for a cartridge that was not even available in the box stores, and more expensive on the A-place than a new printer. Sadly, "...still ran..." had to be in past tense. Got a couple of setup prints, printer stopped working, would only print after a wait of a few to several hours, not good. Re-installing the old cartridge was worse, so pretty sure it was the printer. InkTonerStore tech help responded quickly with suggestions that eventually worked, leaving me at least pleased that I did not sink a mortgage payment into an OEM cartridge to find all this out. I will be happy to order from ITS again when the time comes. Oh, and since there is not a space below: delivery arrived a day early, a very pleasant surprise in these days where covid is an excuse for everything.”
