“The toners I got, both for HP and Brother are excellent. However, the ink for HP initiated a message that it was not compatible. Your instructions told me to ignore it, which I did, but the printer refused to ignore the message and refused to print.”

“I received the order within about a week but when I went to put one of the black toners in my machine and I twisted off that little piece Black Ink started running out of it a little bit so it made a little bit of a mess so if something could be done there that would help”

“Works great in my printer so far. Only complaint at this point is all the toner that was on the outside of the boxes. Made a mess when I was unpacking them. I don’t think it leaked from the cartridges as they were properly sealed in plastic bags.”

“I’ve only printed one thing to date. Ink was good and after I overwrote the printer to install it, appears to do well. In a month or more, the rating could change?”

“delivered on time great price unit works could do with some information on the 2 pieces of orange plastic pieces, one says pull ok the other piece attached to plastic ribbon didn't see any writing on it.”

“Got our 1st order from Ink Toner Store for a single large cartridge, with black toner, to try their services. the price was way cheaper than we had been paying, & the cartridge is performing well. we will probably be buying more toner cartridges in the future. Earl”

“The purchasing process on the website was very good, and I received my order on-time. My only complaint (minor) was that I placed an order by accident and then placed the correct order. I called and left both a phone message and email message to cancel the first order. The first order was cancelled, but I never received a response to either the email or phone call.”

“I received two black ink cartridges and installed one ink cartridges which did not work. Call InkTonerStore customer service. Great customer service, while on the phone I tried the second black ink cartridge and it did not work either. I was told i would receive two ink cartridges to replace the two ink cartridges. However only one ink cartridge was received. I am sure just an oversight on customer service, but now I have to take time to call to sort out why I did not receive two black ink cartridges. Otherwise I would have given them 5 out of 5 stars.”

“Both cartridges I purchased for two different printers worked out of the box. 1/3 the cost of a defective cartridge I bought from a California store that the vendor replaced twice and still didn't get it right!”
