“Toner came in all 4 colors. Shopping was quick. I spent 1/4 th of what I usually do for Brother ink. I did have a problem with the black ink smudging prints. It looked like the old xerox copies with ghost lettering. I had to clean the clear plastic strip with a dry lint free cloth back and forth along the cartridge very carefully, (You tubed it). After a few prints it was fine. Not sure how many prints I’ll get but so far so good,”

“It took a while to install my toner. Was no instruction with the toner. At first I thought they wouldn't fit. Instruction would have been helpful/”

“I ordered 4 cartridge's 2 weeks ago and 3 came together and the Yellow one came separately two day later. I put all in my printer and start using them so far they are fine. What would be interesting is How long would they last? Then I will let you know if they worth or not. Let us wait on that.”

“I am very pleased with this company. I usually order from a big retailer for work toner but once I found this place I will never go back. The prices cannot be beat, nearly half the cost(!) and works just as well as the fancy brands. Try it, you will be please and save some money.”

“I ordered, for the first time, toner for my new Cannon laser printer / scanner/ copier. I was please with the quick delivery as it was sorely needed; however, I had some trouble with the color cartridges. Two of the colors streaked and I had to hand clean the rollers....it still didn't help. After the third time of cleaning the blue roller, the streaking stopped. I now, however, have blue "color dust" on the toner cartridge cover - horrible to get out of the crevices. Joan M. Caton”

“I ordered ink for my printer, Which it dint fit, I contacted Jamie Nicholson and she guide me trought the process of changing end tabs on the cartridges and my printer worked, Not too good, I had to order a new toner cartridge and it worked, Thanks guys at InkTonerStore.”

“First time customer. InkTonerStore made a very good first impression with quick clear communication immediately after the initial purchase. they certainly made a strong first impression the customers are important to them. Toner cartridge arrived two days earlier than expected, which suggests very good organization and efficiency. Will definitely be my first choice next time we are looking for toner cartridges.”

“While InkTonerStore accidentally shipped me the wrong ink cartridges they were very prompt and professional in regards to the error. Once they were able to verify the problem they offered to ship me out the correct cartridges and just advised me to keep the old ones rather than go to the effort to return them. Although I don't have the new cartridges yet if all goes well I will plan to use their services in the future.”

“The toners I got, both for HP and Brother are excellent. However, the ink for HP initiated a message that it was not compatible. Your instructions told me to ignore it, which I did, but the printer refused to ignore the message and refused to print.”

“I received the order within about a week but when I went to put one of the black toners in my machine and I twisted off that little piece Black Ink started running out of it a little bit so it made a little bit of a mess so if something could be done there that would help”

“Works great in my printer so far. Only complaint at this point is all the toner that was on the outside of the boxes. Made a mess when I was unpacking them. I don’t think it leaked from the cartridges as they were properly sealed in plastic bags.”
