“I was very surprised with how fast this was delivered. Excellent price and it works perfectly in our brother printer. The only thing I found confusing was that the Drum unit came in a box marked toner cartridge. Outside of that everything was flawless - we will definitely be ordering this again. Thank you.”

“The first time I tried to place our order, the application froze on me and wouldn't let me proceed to checkout. So I had to try again the next day. When I tried again the next day, I thought I ordered two units, but when the order was confirmed, it only showed one unit. However, InkTonerStore personnel were very quick and efficient in helping me the day after I ordered and got me the two units I wanted in the same shipment. The order was delivered promptly. We are reassured by the lifetime product guarantee and appreciate their loyalty credits program. All of my interactions with the phone personnel were excellent: very pleasant, knowledgeable, clear in their instructions. We will certainly order from InkTonerStore again.”

“I am very happy with the printer and the copy machine toners that I purchased. The reasons (1). they were less expensive than the other products I researched, (2). They were easy for me to install, (3). this proved than even as I an 88 year old grandmother, I can still do things-a good happy feeling! Thank you for great products and good luck.”

“The customer service person was knowledgeable, quick to find my acct, we got a reasonable price for 2 cartridges and she got the order. The products arr. in a reasonable time. We will install a cartridge in a few days. We came back to this co. because the first cartridge lasted about 5 mos. and we tend to use the copier almost every day. We are on the internet 6-8 hrs a day looking at and res. news, sports, stocks, and at this time the Pres. race. Bob”
