“My order was split into two deliveries and I was not contacted about this. I had to contact them left a message twice before I got a phone call back explaining the issue. Should not get a recording when you call and should get called back when you leave a mesage and not have to call again and threaten to stop payment unless I hear from them. I think its very poor customer service.”

“AVOID. Terrible Does not have any customer service. Does not answer the telephone, does not respond to text messages, does not respond to e-mail messages. All cartridges purchased leak. I gave them a second chance. Same problem. The most recent one I bought cost $130+ and streaks ink across every printed page. No refund, no replacement, nothing. Terrible vendor. Pay more, get more from a vender you can trust. You time and your money with ITS are wasted.”
