“These folks are Good. They are responsive to all my needs and questions. I give them a 4.0 (that is Navy ease for a 10) for performance, professionalism and quality. PLUS I can replace a set of four (4) toner cartridges for the price of one (1) at Staples or Brother. I did have one bad toner Carthage that puked all over its self. They replaced it at no cost, without question. I received the replacement in two (2) days. Thanks again for your support.”
