“We've been buying from the Ink and Toner Store for years. Good products at a reasonable price, better than I can buy locally. Only had one cartridge bad in all my years and they took care of it immediately. It's the only place we buy ink and toner now. Fast service, quick delivery, and always a representative near the phone if you ever need one.”

“So far, have only replaced one cartridge that was giving a communication error. It was an original cartridge I'd refilled a couple times. I think something happened during the last power outage. The new cartridge I used was identified as not original, but is working good so far. Just printed a few test pages and some other pending print jobs we'd been wanting to print. The only issue and not sure if from old cartridge or the new, getting a little streaking on the edges of the paper. But print quality in main document is as good as original.”

“we are very pleased with the ink cartridges purchased for two different copiers a large copier that handles multiple computer feeding into it and copies front and back. a small printer/ copier that is a single office printer but does a good job of papers/ envelopes. sincerely , william”

“You have my money, but I can't track my toner cartridge with my smartphone from the hospital bed where I am recovering from total left hip replacement. Did it arrive or did it not. There was no package at the Post Office yesterday when I entered the hospital. What gives. I'll know when I become ambulatory today or tomorrow.”
