“First time ordering with ITS and received my order quickly. I did however have an issue with one of the cartridges, called Customer Service and was very impressed with them. Very courteous, understanding and helpful. Sending new cartridge out to me at no charge. I will definitely be ordering again from this company! Thanks to ITS for saving the day, very much appreciated.”

“The only drawback to using this ink on an HP printer is the inability to get the amount on ink left in the cartridge using HP printer support software.”

“The materials arrived very quickly and in fine condition. My printer did not recognize that I had replaced the drum unit and continued giving alarms. I wrote an email, and an agent sent a quick reply which I was able to reasily use to get the printer to correct its state. Customer service is excellent, responsive, and knowlegeable. First rate in every respect including the price (ten $50 toner cartridges for $8 each, free shipping no tax).”

“Your service has been outstanding since the first time I discovered your store. Your service, customer care, prices have all been a cut above anyone else.
