“I ordered and received color ink cartridges for office printer. At first, I thought I had purchased the wrong ones and was worried that I would not be able to speak with anyone about it. I called the phone number listed on the website and left a message, not knowing if it was a legitimate company, I waited and soon was in touch with Jamie. Jamie took the time to look up the printer and provided guidance on how to replace the cartridges. I had a project due the next day and was afraid that I would not be able to print the material on time. Jamie was very helpful and resourceful. Thank you”

“I recently ordered my second toner cartridge for a Canon MF3010 printer. The printer is no longer made so the ink cartridge is no longer made. But I found a compatible cartridge at the Ink Toner Store. I did have to perform a "cold start" so the printer would accept the ink cartridge, but after that, it works perfectly. I wouldn't order a second cartridge, if I wasn't happy with the first cartridge.”
