“I bought 2 cartridge for my printer tried the first one and it didn’t work. I reached out by email to return the item but it took me couple emails back and force and finally I gave up and went through my payment source and sent all communication and canceled the transaction after that I received an email that said they are ready refund and return the items!! It said 90days return on return policy but it looks like the customer service was trying to fund a way for bot accepting the return!! I was told that’s part of return process !! Which doesn’t make sense when you said 90 days return .”

“I recommend InkTonerStore for your replacement printer parts. I needed a new toner cartridge for my HP printer in my home office. I called them up and not only were they super friendly but they knew right away what I needed and they were by far the least expensive option. Plus I got the product the next day. Give them a try. You will be glad you did. I was.”

“The day after I had placed my order with InkTonerStore, I called to see if I could add another item. The seller was very pleasant ... no trouble and no additional mailing charge. “The ink left a streak of yellow on both sides of the paper. It took about 100 sheets to come out of that. I wasn't thrilled. Not sure if I want to try another one. I would give it a 2.5 star. Not poor but not acceptable either.”

“I ordered a cartridge from the Inktoner Store. I have not installed it yet, as there is still some ink in my current one. The entire order process went very well. I can not attest to the quality of the cartridge or its durability as it has not been used. The service in the ordering and delivery departments was fantastic. The price was the best part assuming the quality is there.”

“The cartridge acts like like it has no ink in it. I have also taken the cartrighe and shook it and put it back in. It still did not work. I would believe the cartridge you sent me is Empty!!!!!!!!!!”

“I ordered ink cartridges for a printer that HP no longer makes or supports and was afraid the cartridges would not work. While HP still sold the cartridges, they often made sure that other brands did not. But these cartridges worked! And they came promptly. One day HP may force me to replace a perfectly good printer, but for now I don't have to, thanks to these good working cartridges.”
