“InkToner Store was great to work with... they sent my order immediately and sent the correct cartridge quickly. When it arrived though it worked fine but had some quality issues so I contacted them and they IMMEDIATELY shipped a replacement with no issues. They're really good to work with!”

“When I opened the package which did not have instructions, ink went all over my hands. Not sure what happened but I’ll probably use brother cartridges again as I did earlier. It doesn’t always pay to use cheaper items.”

“Guys you know the drill. you're too cheap to pay for name-brand toner. I'm too cheap to pay for brand name toner. So it is what it is. Toner works well although the magenta cant print a pure red in my machine. I get dark orange at best (Dell 2660dn) Toner is fine, no compatibility issues. Have been shipped wrong thing once, and a defective cart once. Customer service has made it right immediately both times. So for generic toner that won't break the bank and great customer service, 4 stars. 5 if we can ever get it to print pure red.”

“A four instead of a five only because the toner cartridges have just been installed. They perfectly replaced the Brother units and are printing out as desired. A five rating is quite possible over time. To be honest, in searching for replacement cartridges I came across InkTonerStore.com and could not believe the price difference. The Brother units I believe are overpriced and the ITS units unbelievably on the low side. Low enough to take a chance so I did and to this point in time quite glad I did. Color printer back to work.”

“The toner cartridges we ordered arrived promptly and fit perfectly with our existing printer. Printouts are completed as good of quality as the brand name toner for our printer. The only thing that was of concern was the printer now makes a hard thud sound each time it starts up a print since the installation of the toner cartridge from InkTonerStore.”

“Product arrived In a very timely manor. It's to be used as a replacement supply for my new printer. Old one still hasn't run out yet. So can't say how it works or if it fit as of now. Was priced very Competitive.”
