“I ordered a set of toner for my printer and received them fairly quickly. I had an issue with the black toner giving me an error. I called and left a message telling them of the error. I received a call back and was told that they had shipped out a replacement. The replacement was to my house very quickly and worked perfectly. Will definitely use them in the future for my toner needs.”

“There was a compatibility issue with one of the cartridges we purchased, so I called in and was directly connected with Stephanie. She diagnosed the issue immediately and was able to walk me through the process to reset our printer step by step. The customer service offered by Stephanie was absolutely amazing. Literally, the best customer service I think I've ever had.”

“I made a mistake on the shipping address. There was no obvious way to corrected it online so I sent an email telling them I would cancel the order if I didn’t here from them. They replied immediately, corrected my mistake and shipped the order the same day. Great job.”
