“I am a first time customer of the InkToner Store and to date am very pleased with both your service and price. I have but one suggestion which would assist non-techies like myself: A set of simple installation instructions included with the shipped product would be helpful. Without going into detail, it would have been helpful just to be made aware of the rather large plastic piece that needed to be removed which was protecting the green roller. (It was a first time experience for me. Maybe I'll remember that important detail next time??)”

He helped me figure out which toner I needed and alerted me of a high yield option for the black toner, he was able to check his West Coast warehouse to help me get my toner quickly!
