“I have never had a problem with your ink. but my printer I think died or had something go wrong when I put the new toner cartridges in. There is only green and blue printing where the ink system says everythink is full. I tried cleaning, deep cleaning, cleaning the nozzles etc... Nothing worked It's done. I tried two of the color cartridges and replaced the black as well but it is not working correctly at all. I called cannon but because the printer is 4 years old there's nothing they will do. Be safe and thank you as always for your help. Sincerely. J. Guss”

“I am a business owner have been doing business with InkTonerStore for many years. They have always gotten toner out to me quickly. They give nice bonus points that add up to dollars for credit that I appreciate. A toner started leaking and Stephanie was so helpful. She remoted in and took a picture of the damaged cartridge and shipped me out a replacement that I received in a couple of days. Thank you for excellent service and taking care of my problem.”
