“My experience with the inkTonerStore was excellent. When I ordered a toner cartridge I managed to transpose the number. So when I received it it was the wrong one. Darn. My fault! It was received in a timely manner. I called their customer service to see if I could return it. I explained my problem. The lady was very understanding. She initially said it would be about $12 to return. I told her that I wanted to exchange it for 2 of the correct cartridges. It came out to be near the same price I had paid. She then told me that the correct ones would be shipped to me with no additional charges. Emailed me a return label. Without a doubt one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I won’t hesitate to order from them again. G.C.”

“My old but reliable "Brother" Lazer printer was in need of a new toner drum. I found the InkToner Store had the best price so I ordered it. Received it in 4 days using standard delivery and I'm good to go. The part fit perfectly... Good Job!”

“I bye all my printer cartridges from ink toner store. They last longer than the original cartridges. The customer service is efficient and professional. Their delivery system is pretty good. I usually get the product in two business days Without any charge. I highly recommend them for purchase of any kind of ink toners or ink cartridges.”

“Our experience with InkToner Store has been nothing less than satisfactory in every respect; we are extremely grateful to have found a source for our toner requirements that is much more reasonably priced than HP, as we are a small business, and any savings on office supplies, etc., are most welcome.
