“I had been ordering my toner at ink toner store since Dec 2020. When ever I had issues customer service was great about fixing it. This last time, customer service wanted to refund my money instead of replacing my black toner. They initially replaced it but that replaced had issues so that is why refund my money. Even though I didn't want that option, I wanted another replacement. They didn't care about losing my business. I feel that is poor customer service and their product doesn't hold up. I went and bought a brand new Canon black toner for my printer and had no issues with it. I would not order for them!”

“I ordered the least expensive 4-cartridge toner set for my HP laser printer. It was well packaged and arrived promptly. However, I had trouble inserting the first cartridge in my printer. InkTonerStore Customer Service replaced my purchase in 2 days. The new cartridges work perfectly! I'm very happy to find a business that stands behind their products.”

“The original two toner cartridges I ordered print as if they are empty - very light, can hardly. Only one replacement cartridge came and a slightly different shape. It did fit in printer, but jams the paper. Very dissatified.”

“I purchased a toner cartridge from InkTonerStore.com at what I believe is a lower price than any other toner cartridge supplier. I received the cartridge very promptly and it works as expected in my HP LaserJet 4050 which I bought 26 years ago. The printer is a champion and InkTonerStore.com is my "go to store" when I need replacement cartridges.”
