“I am very pleased with the service and the product. I was surprised that the InkTonerStore would have in stock a cartridge for a printer that is several decades old.”

“I Ordered a drum for my Brothers printer. When I received one which did not fit even though the code was correct, I called the company. Before I could send an email, I received a call. I explained what happened. They mentioned they get replacement drums from several companies and would send me a new one at no cost. I received the replacement 2 days later. I was impressed with their customer service and their professionalism, especially the customer rep I spoke with.”
