“Nayla was absolutely wonderful. As I am just starting out and ramping up it is hard to know all the terminology ISN uses and the processes but Nayla was very patient with me and is great!”

“Peter went out of his way to make sure that my ISN was working to fit my needs but more so that I understood how and why the changes made a difference. ALSO, Peter to the time to help with an ongoing problem with setting up and Pre-Drywall / Final Inspection Package that my call center and I have had nothing but problems with! “I was having upload issues with HIP and they couldn't figure it out since my credentials worked on the import side of the inspection. I got with ISN Kendale and after a little bit him and his team were able to figure out it was a credential issue that was somehow working through HIP but not allowing uploads. Thanks Kendale and "devs" whoever you are!!!”
