“Dear ISN, Your software is near perfect for our use. My request would be that on the inspection GRID we could either place the Sellers Agent, Buyers Agent, both or just Agent in a column. Our area performs mostly listing inspections and the grid only allows to place the buyers agent column. Also, take down the "New Order Grid is Here" pop-up. I like the old one and don't want to change.”

“A lot of great things within ISN but a lot more to add as the industry is advancing. Would love a more in-depth marketing/CRM built in to keep track of what marketing does with what agents in one spot.”

“I have been using ISN for about 5 years now and I absolutely love it. It has saved me hundreds of hours of precious time by automating confirmation emails that go out to agents and clients, automatically sending reminders to agents and clients, makes sure I have my inspection agreements signed before I inspect and even makes sure I have received payment before it will allow the clients to open their report. All that and a million other things that I would need a whole office to do if I didn't have ISN.... and for a fraction of what office staff would cost. Thanks ISN !! I am a customer for life!”

“ISN is a premier platform. I use them for emailing reports with tracking. The platform allows me to accept credit card payments. The fact that the inspection agreement is sent out as soon as the inspection is logged is extremely important. The report cannot be opened unless the inspection agreement is signed and the inspection paid. I use some of the automated templates to thank clients and agents. All in all ISN makes my business run smoother and more efficiently. Thanks ISN”

“We are very pleased with the organization that ISN has helped us complete in our business. We don't use all of the features available and they are still making improvements we are learning. Im interested in ways I can better show specific costs with each inspection file so we can more accurately send to accounting. Fees like lab fees and shipping that we can associate with each inspection ticket.”

In this new chat bubble world I truly value the one on one help.
