“I had issues with the platform compiling information for my client data base and could not stay on the phone to work out the issue, so I had Gala research and troubleshoot and give me a call when the problem was resolved. She resolved within the hour that I had made my initial call, she was also very helpful in letting me know what the issue was. Great job!”
